I’m honestly a bit at sea trying to figure out how to categorize all of the amazing points made in this talk, which run the gamut from deep high-geekery to straightforward business administration. What makes it incredible is the context: The revelation of this system’s details is the first truly huge leap in the public understanding of information warfare since the concept became widely known.
tl;dr If you only ever spend one hour thinking about stuxnet, make it this hour. Even if you’re more organizational than technical in the way you think about things, I promise there’s a payoff in the last 15 minutes that really only shines if you absorb what you can of the first 45.
