Since as a society we can’t seem to get a handle on gun violence, I guess the next best thing is to spend $1000 per each of our children so they can live in marginally less fear knowing that if someone starts shooting they have a bulletproof blanket in their locker.

I just discovered the Song Exploder podcast.  It’s a really interesting show where the host talks to a musician and they break down all the sounds and tracks and other elements of a particular song.  I highly recommend it.
