So I do believe there’s a difference in method and intent that’s very real, and a very real differentiator. WaPo is doing real journalism in a way that is very different from what Murdoch’s properties engage in.
It’s just that the very radical turn in WaPo’s editorial voice after being bought by Bezos is hard to ignore, especially because I agree with it so much and believe that it’s doing real and valuable work.
Honest question: why? Seems to me wapo (and especially Farenthold) are doing solid journalism.
Honest editorializing: also, wasn’t it Trump that revoked their creds? I mean, ink by the barrel and all that.
