They close the schools and that’s tens of thousands of working families without child care. And thousands of kids who won’t get lunch OR breakfast that day. I’m glad they keep the schools open when they can. Of course, I let my kids stay home today.

Having grown up where snow was an actual thing, I can confidently say: school closures are for quitters.
